Questions you probably have

Really. The battery pays for itself through tariff arbitrage – charging when electricity is cheap (overnight) and discharging when it's expensive (daytime). Solar is a nice bonus if you have it, but it's not required. Most of our customers don't have panels.

Yes. We've designed our bundles so any competent electrician can install them. No specialist solar or battery certification needed. We include detailed instructions and offer phone support if they get stuck.

Any time-of-use tariff with cheap overnight rates works. Octopus Intelligent Go (7p overnight) is the most popular. Economy 7 works too. The battery works for any tariff out of the box.

Typically 3-4 years for a battery-only setup. After that, you're saving £600-800+ per year, every year. The battery is warrantied for 10 years and designed to last 15+.

Hi, I'm James. When I looked into home batteries, I found a minefield. Dozens of brands, confusing specs, compatibility questions, and hours of research just to figure out what would actually work for my house. I just wanted something that works – without becoming a battery expert first.
